“We wanted to let you all know that we are leaving today to go out of town for the weekend. We absolutely love how the house has come together and the craftsmanship is outstanding! We are so very grateful and feel incredibly blessed. Thank you for all the hard work and dedication that your whole company and subs have put into our home.
Hope the kick off and parade goes well!!”

“The English language needs to create a word stronger than “thank you”, as I feel those two words are not enough to represent our gratitude. I remember Ed saying that choosing a contractor was like a marriage; I now realize how true that statement is. As with any project, there were ups and downs but through it all, the thing that resonated with us the most was your honesty, humbleness, and sincerity. The fact that you allowed us to be vocal without passing judgment about our wants, needs, and concerns was comforting. The process took us further out of our comfort zone than we ever could have anticipated and you both did an excellent job of reassuring us when necessary.
Your customer service is second to none. John and I have a 48-hour rule; if someone doesn’t respond in 48 hours we will be contacting him/her again. We NEVER had to do this through the entire year and a half process with you. The majority of the time you answered our emails within hours if not minutes. I cannot tell you how grateful we are for that fact. It helped us keep our sanity and probably saved me from some tearful, sleepless nights worrying over something that was really nothing.
The craftsmanship of your crews is superb. Their attention to detail is astounding. It’s the smallest details such as the trim under the treads of the stairs or the 45-degree miter on the deck posts that make a job look polished rather than just finished. The coffered ceiling in the kitchen, the beams in the great room and office, and all of the cabinetry work is absolutely beautiful. We get compliments each time someone comes to the house. We also appreciate the little things like Dan hanging the basketball hoop and placing a stop behind the refrigerator so it doesn’t go back too far.
Again, thank you for your service and continued communication. Please know you are more than welcome to stop by and see the “finished”/”staged”/”furnished” look of the home at any time; we’d be happy to show you around. (Twin toddlers give really good tours!) Best wishes for the future!”

“Thank you so much for all the excellent work you, your crews, and your subcontractors provided. We love our home. The finished product far exceeds our hopes. It is beautifully finished, and the workmanship is superior to any we’ve seen before.”
Thank you for everything!

“Building a new home can be a daunting and stressful endeavor. Working with Bruckelmyer Brothers Construction was a pleasure from start to finish. Your willingness to listen to our ideas, ability to interpret the details, and quality in constructing our home were hallmark traits of all the great people on your staff. Tasks were approached with the utmost integrity and personal pride. Our entire experience working with you exceeded our expectations.”
Our kudos to everyone on the Bruckelmyer team,
Kevin and Kathy B.

“We are very pleased with your work, which exceeded our expectations. Your reputation for quality and integrity is deserved. The process from start to finish was well planned and followed, and all the usual construction issues were well managed. Changes were implemented with ease and the cost well explained. If we ever had to build again, we would use Bruckelmyer Brothers Construction and we will certainly recommend you.”

“Some sixteen months ago when we first started thinking about building our third new home, we were a bit nervous about tackling a 6,000 square foot project. We had experienced less than favorable results with the two different contractors we had used in 1977 and 1990. We asked many couples who they would recommend, and the Bruckelmyer name came up several times. Realtors, lenders, and homeowners all urged us to meet with you.
After our first meeting, Cheryl was convinced she wanted to hire your firm. Being the skeptical person I am, I felt I needed to get proposals. After obtaining proposals from other contractors, we asked to visit with former clients of each builder to get their feedback. Every Bruckelmyer homeowner sang your praises. This was very comforting and made us confident that we would be pleased with choosing your firm. Two of the three Bruckelmyer homeowners stated emphatically that we really didn’t need to get bids. We would be better off just hiring Bruckelmyer Brothers to do the work and not worry about price. (As it turned out your firm offered the best value of any of the firms we sought bids from.)
Now that you have completed our new home, I just can’t tell you how thrilled we are with the superb job you did for us. The words that come to mind when describing your firm and your subcontractors are: talented, knowledgeable, honest, hard-working, reliable, and humble. The first thing that surprised me was that your crews showed up every day, all day, on time. The job site was far cleaner than any builder we’ve used in the past and your workers were pleasant, polite, and accommodating. The quality of work, from the masons, framers, electricians, plumbers, sheet rockers, painters, and finishing carpenters was uniformly great. No one ever cut corners, no one ever complained about the many change orders we requested, and everyone on the job-site was a pleasure to work with.
As you know I decided along the way to hire out a very small portion of the work to certain sub-contractors. For each portion I decided to tackle on my own, I ended up with less than stellar results. In every case, I should have used the folks you recommended. Every sub-contractor that you used performed with the same high quality that we hoped for. I learned a valuable lesson, and that was to let the general contractor be responsible for the entire project. I must also mention that having your firm make all of our cabinetry was one of the smartest moves we made. The craftsmanship was awesome.
Cheryl and I would be most pleased to show any prospective client our beautiful new home. Please call us at any time for a showing. We both want to thank you again for the terrific job you did for us. Should we ever decide to build again, we’ll make only one call, and that’s to Bruckelmyer Brothers!!”

“We have lived in our new Bruckelmyer house now for two months. It is the completion of our dream to return to the land and it is an understatement to say that we are enjoying it. Wherever we look, we are reminded of the months of planning and craftsmanship that put it all together.
We knew that we would be satisfied with the house you built for us, but we were not fully prepared for the unique experience we were undertaking with the Bruckelmyer team. You really do operate as a well-oiled machine composed of craftsmen who take pride in what they produce. Everyone you put us in contact with was talented and professional. They each made us feel that this house was the most important project they had ever tackled and they wanted it to be perfect for us. When there were problems, you handled them behind the scenes because we were never bothered by them. You made the process appear relaxed and easy.
We loved the whole parade experience perhaps because it was so much fun to share this beautiful product with so many people. Your wonderful reputation certainly was evident with the crowd that showed up to see your latest product. We still encounter people who tell us they were here and admire this or that feature of the house.
Folks occasionally tell horrible stories about their building process. We could not have had a more opposite experience. We felt sad that the whole contact had to end because knowing all of you and the integrity with which you live your lives has certainly enriched ours. As you know, Dick had to be dragged aboard in the beginning. We had never forked over that much of his money to anyone before in his life. However, we quickly became a willing player when he realized the quality of what he was getting.
We look forward to growing old in this cozy, wonderful home that you created for us. Thank you for demonstrating what home building and trust are really about in your world.”
– Dick and Kit B.
“We have been in our home now for almost two years. Designing and building a new home certainly is a complicated process. It was more of an endeavor than we ever expected. There is a multitude of details to attend to and still one doesn’t have total control over the outcome.
We are grateful to have you as our builder. As situations or problems have occurred, as inevitably they always will, we could always count on you to attend to them promptly and satisfactorily. What really makes us warm and fuzzy is that you and your subs have always treated us as family. Thank you for being such good quality people and builders.”
– Ted and Grace C.
” We have been extremely pleased with our custom cabinetry thanks to your professional team. The quality, installation, workmanship and customer service have far surpassed our expectations.”
Dick and Judy L.
“We are so pleased with our new addition & remodeling. We enjoyed being back here this summer. We have gotten many compliments. We’d be more than happy to show what you have done if you have anyone who wants to see it.”

We, Joyce and Robert, are writing at this time to say a special THANK YOU to each of you for the construction work you have provided for us.
We are enjoying our home more than we could have imagined when the plan for change and renewal in our house was put in place. Time goes, that was in 1999.
So, thank you, Bruckelmyers, for your great piece of work on our behalf. Further, thank you for your personal regard for us and your genuine concern that our construction plans be fulfilled with the finest of quality in both workmanship and in materials used.
