Birch Point Cabin Renovation

Description: This unique cabin is located on Caribou Lake in Saginaw Minnesota. It is currently under complete remodeling to fit our clients needs. The exterior was updated with new siding. A covered entry was added along with a dormer. Then the entire cabin was reroofed. The interior of the cabin is being completely remodeled with new plumbing, electrical and new windows. When finished, the main floor interior will include a new custom kitchen, dining area with a gorgeous beamed ceiling and a great room with a real stone fireplace and a wooded ceiling. An upstairs will provide a master bedroom, a bathroom and an open loft area that overlooks the great room. The basement will provide a guest bedroom, a bathroom, the laundry room and an open family area. A large deck will be built along the entire back of the cabin for the owners to enjoy the lake view.

2013 Parade Home

Description: This small but cozy farm home, designed by our company, will be in the 2013 Duluth Parade of Homes. This home provides just the right needs for our clients later years. The maintenance free exterior with a metal roof, vinyl siding, and clad windows and doors, allow the owners a worry free living. Built on a slab, with duel fuel, hydronic in-floor heating system, provides comfort along with efficiency. It's framed structure with super "tight" construction/insulation methods, make for very affordable energy costs. Our custom cabinetry and millwork throughout the home, gives this home a level of beauty and functionality that make for easy living. The master suite provides a glass block shower, his and her vanities and closet access from the attached laundry.
