All square footage calculations are based on "Under Roof" areas including heated/air conditioned
space, attached garages, covered porches, covered balconies, and storage areas, but not including
open decks, open patios, and attic space. |

Our hourly rate is $55.00 for additional drawings such as electrical and framing plans, 3D
renderings, etc. |

Remodel & Interior Design - $55.00 per hour
|
Remodels, additions and interior designs are billed at an hourly rate of $55.00 including time spent in
the field planning and taking measurements. |
